All of the PARIS interfaces use 20-bit high-resolution converters and state-of-the-art low-noise circuitry, to ensure your audio are converted accurately and are free of noise and distortion. they are all external to the computer and are built into rugged, solid steel enclosures for complete shielding from the destructive interference signals that degrade audio within computer system environments. Interface 2 click image to see larger picture The two-channel Interface 2 provides two independent pairs of audio inputs and outputs with balanced quarter-inch TRS connectors and an audio level matching switch. It can be connected directly to the EDS-1000 card to create a basic stand-alone system, or to dedicated sockets on the Interface 442 or Interface MEC base unit when you expand your system. top Interface 442 click image to see larger picture For multimedia developers or project studios that don't need an abundance of inputs or outputs for recording big multitrack sessions, this interface is perfect. It is a is a single rack unit enclosure that contains 4 analog inputs and 4 analog outputs, plus digital in  and out, and external clock input/output connectors for sample rate synchronization with other systems. There is also an Interface 2 expansion connector in back, allowing for a total of 6 analog inputs and 6 analog outputs. top Interface MEC click image to see larger picture The Interface MEC (Modular Expansion Chassis) is a 5U rack mount cage that offers more expansion options that any other professional digital audio on workstation on the market. The base configuration of the MEC has the same functionality as an Interface 442, but includes the ability to add up to 9 additional modules, making it simple to configure PARIS for ou changing needs. the first 3 modules will be 24-bit 8 analog inputs, 24-bit 8 analog outputs, and the ADAT module, followed by numerous others in the near future.
